Landmark Resort is situated on Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront, and offers 124 apartments and suites. All are self-contained and many feature a spa bath, all are airconditioning with cable TV, luxurious fittings with hinterland, river or ocean views.
Resort facilities include a gymnasium, outdoor spa, sauna, games room, rooftop spa and barbecue entertaining area and security car park. Mooloolaba's relaxed community atmosphere, is quickly developing as a popular tourist destination as many people realise the potential of Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, cafes and exclusive boutiques. Just a step across the road will take you to the beautiful patrolled beach, which recently won two awards for Queensland's cleanest and friendliest beach, also a great playground area for the children. Hiding just around the corner is Underwater World and The Wharf where you can enjoy some live entertainment or just simply relax on the deck with a drink and watch the world go by.
