Consisting of two fifteen-storey towers, conveniently situated in the Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore. A private walkway leads you to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach and nearby Maroochy Surf Club, which is only 60 metres away.
Offering stylishly appointed and fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as studio apartments. All apartments except the studios have spa baths.
The well-established Catalina I with its lovely large balconies and spacious living areas has long been popular with guests. The apartments have cable TV and ceiling fans.
All apartments in the more recent, Catalina II are airconditioned with ensuites, TV and cable TV in both master bedroom and lounge. The modernly furnished apartments also include CD player and video recorder.
