The Hotel Lindrum, located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, is a combination of classic architecture and the ultimate in contemporary facilities and service. We officially opened in July 1999, and our hotel is built on the site of Melbourne's famed Lindrum family billiards centre. The most famous of the family, Walter, so dominated the game of billiards that the rules were altered to curb his prolific scoring. Hotel Lindrum is a smoke free Hotel.

Our property is a unique 59 room boutique-style hotel, short walk from Melbourne's Federation Square and the Tennis Centre.

Each room has tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board, CD stereo, data point, gourmet mini bar, pillow menu, complimentary in-house movies, airconditioning and heating, complimentary daily newspaper, in-room safe and direct dial telephones.

In honour of its namesake the property has a genuine Lindrum billiard table in the foyer, which guests are welcome to enjoy as they sip on a nightcap in front of the open fireplace. The Junior Suite is the only room to accommodate 3 people, with a king-size bed and rollaway bed in the room. We are unable to accommodate 3 people sleeping separately.
