Ambassador Motel is the best affordable place to stay in Rockhampton. The motel is located at the corner of Main Street, next to the Bruce Highway.

There are 32 rooms, all with microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, Austar TV and reverse cycle air conditioning. Family rooms are available that sleep up to 6 persons (queen and 4 singles). Swimming pool and laundry facilities available. Fully licensed restaurant open 7 nights a week. Room service available.

The motel is adjacent to Stockland Shopping Fair and Spotlight, and close to Frenchville Sports Club and Red Hill Homemaker Centre. Walking distance to cinemas and food outlets including Sizzlers, Hungry Jacks, Hogs Breath Cafe and Pizza Hut.
