Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa is the only five star luxury resort on the Gold Coast to boast an absolute beachfront location. The resort features four award-winning restaurants and bars, skywalk access to over 80 designer boutiques and restaurants at Marina Mirage and The Golden Door Spa and Health Club at Mirage Resort, Queensland's largest five star resort spa. An oasis of exquisite diversity where sophisticated elegance meets natural charm.

Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa has a strict no party policy that is strictly enforced by our security department. Management do not tolerate any parties on the premises without prior consent from the General Manager. The Resort requires the registered occupants to be 18 years of age at time of check-in. Only registered guests and maximum allowable occupants will be granted access to guest rooms and villas. Due to licensing laws, excessive levels of alcohol are prohibited from being brought onto the premises. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. At the discretion of management, charges will apply for any damage to or misuse of property. Failure to comply will result in eviction as deemed necessary by management.

Photographic identification is required upon check in as well as a preuthorisation on a credit card or a cash deposit of $200 per night to cover incidental charges and unused funds will be returned upon departure.

As of the 1st December 2011 all 293 rooms including suites will be 100% non-smoking. In addition, all public areas will also be smoke free. The Gold Coast’s only beachfront resort is proud to offer a refreshing smoke free environment to our guests.

Check In: Guaranteed check in time is 1500 (3:00pm). Photo identification must be presented.
Check Out: Check out time is 1200 (12:00pm).

Car Parking: Complimentary undercover self car parking available to guests. Valet parking is $20 per day.
Children: Up to two children under 18 permitted in hotel rooms at no additional charge using existing bedding. Please advise childrens ages in comments section of booking. Additional $45 per night if extra bedding is required. Cots are available at no extra charge.
Extra Guests: Extra guests incur a fee of $45 per night, room only. A maximum of three adults or two adults and two children are permitted in hotel rooms. Up to five people are permitted in a Two Bedroom Villa, however only 4 four people are included in the rate. The 5th person will be charged at $45 per night.
