Cancellation policy: Where amendments and cancellations are allowed by the property an administration fee of $30.00 will apply.

Car Parking: Two secure undercover car parking spaces per apartment, free of charge.
Children: Children are welcome at One30 but must be accompanied by adults at all time when using any of the facilities.
