Waldorf Apartments

It was great to have a kitchen and the rooms were spacious. HOWEVER I saw 5 cockroaches in the kitchen, and the electric socket near the bed in the first bedroom did not work. That is probably why there was no bedside table or light there. However we had someone who needed the plug as he has a CPAP (breathing) machine and needed to plug it in. We changed rooms.... I told the person on duty that the plug was not working when we left. Also, there should be well seen emergency exit signs in each room.

The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Large spacious rooms with comfortable furniture. Appliances new and clean, nice oven, dishwasher, large fridge, washer, dryer. Fully self-contained. The second bathroom was a bonus. Convenient underground parking, location ony 5 mins from Parklea Markets and M7. Airconditioner in living room, but none in bedrooms. No fans. Recommend B.Y.O fan if staying in summer. Will definitely stay again.

Found a nearby Chinese Restaurant by local recommendation. On Sackville Rd opposite the pub. Best Chinese food in a long time! Poor English, Great Taste!!!

Blacktown Serviced Apartments

Was surprised to find no Tea or Coffee in the room and also there was no air conditioning in the two bedrooms. It was cool in the lounge/kitchen however it would be unpleasant if it was any hotter there. It was close to the station and to McDonalds.Overall was happy to stay there and would stay again. It was lovely to find somewhere that would cater for more than 4 people
