Reasonable but some problems The bedroom was fine with a nice balcony but the bathroom was unreasonably small. The air conditioning was old but functional and the TV was very old and the reception poor. I understand the issue with parking space but I personally didn't like the stacked parking. My other concern was the lack of air conditioning in the corridors and the lifts which have no access to outside air either. It becomes quite suffocating if you are forced to wait for a lift and then delayed getting down to the ground level. I'm sure there are better rooms in the upper levels but I paid $300 for the night and I don't feel it was worth the money. Ratings

Service and location Initially the service in our apartment was appalling. The bed was badly pulled up with sheets showing down the side each day. The floor was certainly not mopped or swept during this time. The light in the kitchen did not work and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. The apartment was advertised as being serviced and as having kitchen facilities. There was one very small saucepan, and when i asked for a frypan - over an hour later, 2 were brought up - one of which was putrid. There was nothing much with which to clean the frypan with. The information in the booklet was incorrect and had the laundry on a different location to where it infact was. It also advertised free inhouse movies. This too was not true. I must in fairness say that I took all these complaints and others to the manager, and she certainly did listen and from then on things did improve a bit. This kind of service should not exist in the first place. Ratings
