In need of an update Checking in experience was excellent, as were all staff we dealt with. The restaurant service, menu and food quality were also of high standard. I booked a superior room but it was more like a standard room. Very '80's look, especially the bathroom. Could not access the movie channels. The staff told us it will be "fixed in a few hours" three nights in a row! I just feel I paid too much for an average room that was advertised as "Superior." Ratings
