Good Overall

Suitable for couples or families, the room we stayed in contained a strange layout with a spa bath in one room without a shower and other with a shower over bath arrangement. Colours used were bright and cheery. Overall from one night stayed it was well situated for all CBD and Public transport requirements.

A night away

We stayed here for a night away from our baby while the grandparents looked after him and it was comfortable, easy to get to and convenient for dinner reservations. Although we were on 7th floor it was still noisy from the traffic below, so I would try to get an inside room next time. Not plush but definitely on the better end of hotel accommodation. Very nice.

Nice hotel in great location but they spoil that by charging a 1.5% surcharge on your bill. It not the amount its the principle of spending $500 for one nights accomodation and then they stab you for an extra $2.50 leaving, you feeling anoyed.

Old Fashioned comfort plus two enormous beds

Comfortable and adequate in every way, but 'nothing special'. Very convenient hotel in the middle of town near the railway and City Hall. Staff were helpful and there were always taxis waiting outside. Gym and swimming pool were difficult to find and desperately need an update. Coffee plunger in the room was damaged, and the only 'free' food for a weary traveler arriving quite late at night was a single packet of the cheapest biscuits available. Shame, Mr Sebel. Overall, I thought it was too expensive for what you got and I would not choose to stay there again.
