Modern But Classic Was a great size room, I had with a king bed and balcony. As in interior designer, whos worked all over the world, i found the make over reasonable. loved the idea using a heshon style on the walls, Furniture was nice but i found it poor quality, imported from Asia. Food on menu nothing special. Service great. But the girl in the restaurant was like coming over every 5 minutes, and i felt a bit funny because it was very empty only about 12 people. But over all Pleasant. Thank You. Ratings

Concierge Honesty & Service I attended a Function last night for "Step up" with a friend. We had dinner at the Bistro Dining Room - a nice meal and helpful service from Haydn. I paid the bill with my Visa Credit card & unwittingly left it at the Cashier. Arriving back to the Gold Coast I needed to make an internet transaction and discovered I had left the card behind. Heath Gee attended to the call and he graciously listened to my dilemma of not being able to collect it and in the end came up with a solution that suited - I wish to say thank you and acknowledge your Staff's honesty and excellent service and understanding. Much appreciated and I will happily return to the Hotel as well as promote it to my friends and business acquaintances . I have my own Real Estate Sole Agency so understand and appreciate good service. Thanks Heath & Haydn & staff who helped with my dilemma. No doubt you will all have a great future in your selected career path. Congratulations to Sebel Citigate Hotel for your staff. Ratings

Sebel King George Square Brisbane The room was nice and comfy, nothing to complain there, but the personel was very unfriendly. Not initially, but after my stay, when I complained about the bill. It's a long story, but in its essence, I was lead to believe that breakfast and internet were included in the rate, which was only partially true. What upset me was that the two receptionists was absolutely unfriendly They clearly didn't care to resolve the issue at all. That made me very furious. Ratings
