Tired but gracious Starting to show its age - plumbing and general bathroom fit-out needs a re-vamp. Good attentive staff, and great location keep this old-time as a favourite. And a very comfortable bed! Bizarre broadband internet connection - wired - and an outlandish price for it, makes you wonder if they really want to be in this century, when these things should be easier and FREE. Ratings

Finding Access. Address given for Hotel is Queen Street, only able to use this entrance on foot. Booking confirmation should have advised name of Alleyway - narrow street with directions for anyone being driven to the hotel, don't plan on the taxi driver knowing unless booked by the Hotel, best to ask Hotel to recommend taxi company. If you want to tour all the shops - this is the place to be. They're all just out the front door. Ratings

A great overnight stay Chifley at Lennons We loved our overnight stay at this Hotel. We checked in 2 hours early, and asked to upgrade from a standard suite to an Executive Suite, normally a $50 upgrade, when we went to pay for it in the morning, they waived it as the computers were a bit slow. Had a late check out at 12 pm instead of 10 am. The room was perfectly clean and quiet even though right by the lift. Incredible view on 18th floor and really comfy king sized bed! Best location on Queen Street Mall. Ratings
