no ramp at door, 3 men watched us struggle up stairs with suitcases. No assistance offered, had to ask for bags to be taken to room, had to wait a long time for them to arrive. R

would not rave about this hotel!

no ramp at door, 3 men watched us struggle up stairs with suitcases. No assistance offered, had to ask for bags to be taken to room, had to wait a long time for them to arrive. Room not as booked, booked one bedroom apartment with twin beds, received double room not apartment. Too tired to complain. Room not ready on arrival, told they would call on mobile when ready, they never did, we eventually walked back to hotel to find it now " ready ". Way too expensive for what we received, walked into lift and saw special advertised for a lot less including breakfast which our price didn't, not happy at all, would not stay unless I needed to catch a train somewhere, thats the only plus. If you need to catch the airtrain to the airport its very handy, otherwise give it a big miss.

Nice hotel in perfect location

Very nice, old style hotel with clean rooms. Shops, Restaurants and Attractions are in walking distance. Friendly and professional service. If you come by car there is a valet service in order. Best though to arrive without a car as parking in town is very expensive and Taxis are plenty around.
