Nice hotel in perfect location Very nice, old style hotel with clean rooms. Shops, Restaurants and Attractions are in walking distance. Friendly and professional service. If you come by car there is a valet service in order. Best though to arrive without a car as parking in town is very expensive and Taxis are plenty around. Ratings

CLEANING NEEDS ATTENTION A pleasant hotel, good location, no fuss check in, a majestic building with charm and history. No gymnasium or pool but gym discounts for nearby available if needed. One restaurant although didn't appear to be frequented by many guests or not sure it was operating at the time. Big disappointment was the lack of detail to room cleaning. Bits of rubbish from previous guest left in room which suggests cleaning was skimmed over and generally not quite to the expected standard. If booking at discounted rate it is ok but would hesitate booking at full rack rate. Ratings

A very appealing hotel We stayed one night and simply loved the place. We have stayed at a number of hotels in Brisbane and this is now one of my favourites. The location is great, being close to the mall, next to Anzac Square and directly opposite to Central Station. The decor of the hotel was perhaps what I liked most. We thought it was very classy and welcoming. We will be back Ratings
