car parking what car parking! Having just spent friday and saturday night at the Oaks Charlotte Towers, I found the staff not very helpful in regards to car parking as there where no spots available even though I requested it, for two cars for the two rooms I booked for which where on separate floors and not side by side. They told me because i went through a booking agency that does not count, I should have gone through them direct, which would be fine if they answered their telephone, the rooms where good clean but a tad stingy on the complimentary tea and coffee. If the parking was not an issue it could have been a great stay. Ratings

Pretty Good Hotel is more like a serviced apartment, with separate living area, bedrooms and kitchen. The rooms are huge. Small things could be improved - light fittings over the exposed wiring and globes. Also no room service is available or items in the bar fridge. Overall the hotel is good for short or long term stay, 2 mins walk from the city centre, and good service. Ratings
