What needs attention

It was very disappointing to stay here. We requested our rooms be close as travelling with family but 1 room was on level 18 and the other on level 40.The rooms were also very different with one room being large with an ensuite and with river views while the 2nd room had 1 small bathroom and bedrooms were quite small and overlooked buildings.The parking is very unorganised and my car was vandalised in the secure carpark.

Great Value!

Hard to beat at any price. We stayed over Xmas (2008) and totally enjoyed our time there. Not much contact with the staff, but no need for it either. The rooms were great with a wonderful view of the river and the facilities were higher than expected.

Hard to fault. Friendly service, great room, good facilities (pool & gym), great location... would definitely stay again. Would have to be pretty picky to find fault.

Loved the location

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights and were generally very happy with the standard of the accomodation provided. We were however disapointed by the total lack of signage at the front of the building and found it difficult getting into the building. We were let in by an already registered guest with a key. There was no mention on the website of how to get into the foyer when first arriving. We also were given a two bedroom apartment after having only booked a one bedroom. The veiw from out balcony was fantastic and it was great being so close to everything in the City.
