Awesome I stay in the city about half a dozen times a year and I always try a new hotel, but after staying at Evolution I think I'll stay there every time now. The rooms are fantastic, lots of space, great view of the river, beautiful decor AND it costs much less than any hotel in Brisbane. The only bad thing about the place is they don't accept cash deposits so my $200 bond is frozen in my account for 2 weeks. They can fax my bank to unfreeze it earlier but it's a pain for me. Ratings

Awful stay. Make sure you know where they are putting you before you go. I was put into a room literally on the highway. It was accessed through the garage!!!! The traffic noise was constant and was compounded by overnight roadwoks with a floodlight and jackhammer going all night. Obvioulsy they can't help the roadworks but a room you have to get to through the garage shouldn't be there! That floor should be a garage only because it is RIGHT ON THE HIGHWAY. Ratings

Great Brisbane location Situated minutes from Roma station, just off George St and next to the new bridge to Southbank, its a great location. The self-contained apartment was well equipped and clean - except for the walls! - too many smudges, drips and rub marks yuk. And the air-con was difficult to set, spoiled a great place. I'd insist on extra cleaning if I stay there again. Ratings

Poor customer service A beautifully appointed and furnished apartment, marred only by the lack of customer service. Apartments were not serviced properly (missing essential items, and the front desk were never very helpful. Also the addition of another bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartments would have been a bonus. 4 adults sharing a bathroom is a little taxing. Ratings
