Brisbane holiday Apartment was clean and good views and nicely set out. Parking was annoying as you need to go inside and ask them to open the gate each time. Downstairs parking was very crowded and there aren't many spaces. Lifts get busy with staff cleaning and they should really have their own lift. The menus for delivery on the fridge were too old and the information had changed. Otherwise everything was good and the staff were quite nice. Ratings

Very Impressed Evolution Apartments are perfectly positioned. Close to South Bank, River, Trains, Buses, Ferries & Shops. The apartments are tastefully decorated, very clean, modern & serviced daily. The balcony is a good size. I stayed on the 19th floor with a view that was perfect in every way. The staff were friendly & very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there on my next trip to Brisbane.

Excellent Apartments My husband and I were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom with balcony and fabulous river & Southbank views. The apartment was very clean and modern with all the mod cons (but no bath). Close to Roma St Train Station. 10 minute walk to Queen St Mall. 20 minute walk to the Boardwalk where all the restaurants are, and Southbank. Situated near all the backpacker accommodation. Quite a lot of building going on in Tank St at the moment which was quite noisy from the balcony - but couldn't hear a peep from inside. Ratings
