A little disappointed We were unhappy with our room. We booked a non-smoking room as we are both non-smokers yet we were placed in a smoking room. We asked to change but staff informed us that this was not possible. Instead they offered to open a window in the room. Hours later this had still not been done so we went to speak to staff and eventually we were moved to a non smoking room. Ratings
