Conrad Jupiters Considering this is a five star hotel, I did not expect to wait two hours past the check in time to get our room. The line for check in consisted of about 30 people and staff were very slow. When we finally did get our room is was not the configuration we asked for. A previously completed hotel survey by a previous guest was found in the drawer of the room with similar comments to these. The balcony light could not be turned off and was quite bright even with the curtains drawn it lit up our room. Five minutes after entering the room, staff wanted to check the mini bar, this should have been done prior to us entering. Two hours prior to check out staff wanted to check the mini bar, small things but intrusive. The hotel restraunts were excellent as was the food and overall the facilitities are very good. Ratings

Guest Review - Conrad Jupiters It was our first time to stay at this hotel, the staff were found to be very friendly, however we were a little put off by the fact that we were told at check-in after signing for everything that we were given a smoking room, when specifically asked for non-smoking. Being non-smokers we found the room and corridors to smell of stale tobacco smoke and due to having sinus problems this was fairly uncomfortable for our overnight stay. Ratings
