Comfortable budget option but location a bit far It's a good budget option if you have a car, which we did. However because the hotel is located around 10 mins drive outside the city centre and not close to any attractions, probably not the best for those without a car. However I would still recommend it if you are traveling budget. Ratings

Cheap night's sleep but lacks location It's cheap, relatively comfortable and clean but really lack in the location factor. This place is a good 5-10 mins drive out of Canberra which in Canberra terms, is quite far, therefore for those without a car, not recommended. For those with own transport, recommended for a cheap night's stay. Ratings

You get what you pay for It was great accommodation for the price. It is situated in a quiet and scenic environment, with lots of kangaroos hopping around. The only issue was that it was a bit far from the city, but there is a bus that operates from nearby (however, last time is around 9 or 10PM). All in all, a great experience Ratings

Canberra was freezing, but the warmth of our host and our room made up for it Our room was very clean, although small - but we expected that. Our host was the most. She was helpful, giving, engaging with everyone, including the children and the venue was warm and clean. She runs a tight and happy ship. Thank you - I would definitely stay at that Formule 1 again.
