The only point I would like to make that was disappointing was that the "Need it Now" map showed the property as being on the southern end of Coffs Harbour, not the northern end.

Good half way stop between Brisbane and Sydney

The only point I would like to make that was disappointing was that the "Need it Now" map showed the property as being on the southern end of Coffs Harbour, not the northern end. The address was correct of course, but on initial viewing when doing a quick "need it now" search, the map had incorrect placement.

Room was booked and paid for via Internet at a cost of $119 and clearly marked 2 Adults. On arrival the Manager asked for a further $20 for the second person. Which we disputed.

Room was booked and paid for via Internet at a cost of $119 and clearly marked 2 Adults. On arrival the Manager asked for a further $20 for the second person. Which we disputed. Unfortunately had no alternative but to pay. Why was $119 marked as being 2 persons and only charging 1. We would not have booked if we had realised it was an extra $20. We were also informed that they often have problems with bookings made on your site. Personally we will not use this site again. We had no problems with our other bookings.
