Arrived a day early but were accommodated in a good unit overlooking water and stayed in same unit all week. Good service. Occasionally lost hot water in kitchen but not bathroom.

Was not overly impressed with the restaurant staff. They were not very friendly and outgoing. Also not impressed with having to pay and extra $2 over the restaurant price for a Pizza to take away. Would have thought that the cost to the hotel would have been less for a take away than for a dine in meal.

Hidden gem of a resort SURFAIR on Marcoola Beach

The Christmas we enjoyed 10 days on the sunshine coast. We usually go to Noosa but after one to many parking tickets decided it was time to find something a little less busy. Surfair was built in the 70's but refurbed a few years ago. Wow .... huge rooms .... like they used to build ... fully refurbed and best of all right on the beach. You just walk off the beach into the pool and then back to your room. can say enough ... we will be back. oh great restaurant and bar.
