An appalling stay !!

Suzanne was on a business trip en route to London and I booked her in at Holiday Inn Sydney airport because she had an early morning flight. Unfortunately she had to book herself into another hotel because the room smelt of urine, had writing on the wall !!, stains on the carpet and body hair on the bathroom floor. She asked to be put in another room, was told the hotel was full, asked to be booked into another Holiday Inn in Sydney itself and was told no. Advised because we booked on line room was non refundable and cannot be cancelled. Have complained direct to Holiday Inn. Suzanne is now in London hence my reply to this review.

Looked after us like Royality.

We would like to thank the staff greeting us, at Reception and at the Restrauant. They welcomed us with smiles, a joke and laugh. Even to the point where we thought we had left a bag in the taxi and the young man at reception chased him down the road. We found every VERY helpful.
