Great Service and Staff

Thank you for making our stay most wellcome. As always it it a pleasure to stay with you. It has been some time since we have been there but it is still the great service and friendly staff. We hope to be back again after the refit is completed. The bed was very comfortable and made our nights sleep very relaxing. Thank you

Upgrading but no noise

I was concerned during a recent stay at the Grand Hyatt because they are going through a major upgrade, but I was pleasantly surprised, no noise and little disruption except for the driveway/arrival area. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, staff are friendly and location is great. I look forward to going back when the renovations are done - great hotel!
