Initially they gave us a double room rather than the twin which we, sisters, required. They appeared to view this choice as an optional extra, although I had specifically booked a Twin, not a Double, from this website. Then on Monday they did not ring us with the 4:15am wakeup call we requested just the Sunday afternoon, to be able to get to the airport. Luckily our internal clocks were working otherwise we would have missed our flights. On checking out, the taxi requested at the same time was not there either: reception had no record of my request.
