Good Place to Stay Room was clean and tidy and staff helpful. Heated pool wasn't working during our stay and this was dissapointing as it was one of our reasons for booking there. Cheap food close by and near Hay St Mall for shopping. Front of Hotel and beer garden grubby/tired in appearance but inside was fine. Overall good place to stay. Ratings

great place to stay in perth city this has a champion location... just beside the shopping strips of hays and murrays, a stones throw from northbridge area, and easily accessibility to freeways if you drive... apartments were clean and well equipped... only complaint i have is there was no dishwasher fluid and the laundry powder was chargeable! i stayed in a couple of apartments prior to medina and they all provided these FOC... Ratings

Medina Barrack Plaza was in perth for business and decided to stay at the medina barrack plaza as its close to the centre of the city and malls. checked in to find neither of my room cards worked in the lift then again to access my room,once inside i found the apartment of good size but the furniture dirty, tried turning on the tv only to find that the remote didn't work so again back to reception and a 20 minute wait for the batteries to be replaced. day cards don't work again! down stairs for breakfast the next morning to cafe 138 problems again, on the menu was poached eggs on toast( my fav ) but i was a little hungrier and decided to go for the big breakfast..but once again sorry we only do the that breakfast with fried eggs no exceptions! and they wanted $22 well i walked out went around the corner into the mall and found a great cafe doing a massive big breaky with oj on the side for...wait $13 highly recommended. sorry but there are a lot better places in perth to stay. Ratings
