Pavilion Suite

Was quite disappointed with our stay here. The facilities were poor-average, not at all what i was expecting from the pictures on the website. Throughout our 9-day trip around the South Island this was the lowest standard of accommodation we stayed in, but also the most expensive (despite getting it at a cheap rate). We received no reception and had to ask another quest where our room was after failing to get an answer from the phone number given to us. Did not see our host once, even for checking out. The bath had not been cleaned from the previous guest and even after requesting Twin bedding, we got a queen bed (which ironically was just 2 single beds pushed together). Could have stayed closer to Queenstown in much better accommodation...
