Great Overall Great value, great service, great location and great overall. This is the second time we have stayed at the Travelodge in Rockhampton. Our first stay was in a room overlooking the river and this time was overlooking the car park. If you are only using the room to sleep then it doesn't make any difference, but if you are going to spend some time in there and have the option of getting a river view room then jump at it as it makes for a better overall experience. Great Value My wife and I stayed a night at the Travelodge in Rocky. We have tried many different motels in the area and would have to say that the Travelodge would probably have to be the best value for money for the area. The location on the river is great, the close proximitey to town is great, the views of the river are great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue we did have was how hard the bed was and my back was a little sore in the morning. But all in all I would definitely recommend staying there. Ratings
