Hotel Stay in Rotorua Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Sudima Hotel in Rotorua. Please see rating below. We would like to suggest that the TV was of the old generation, the new generation TV's should be added i.e. LCD flat screen 32". Sudima should also consider adding additional SKY channels e.g. Sky Sport 2. Regards Peter and Pauline Hayward Ratings

Tired and old I have to congratulate Sudima on their website, for what I saw online was rather nice. Unfortunately it wasn't so nice in person. The decor is rather miserable and old: brown walls with plaster marks in the corridors and grotty carpet. When we arrived at out room it didn't smell nice at all - all damp and old. Also during the 3 nights we spent there, I had to ring the front desk 4 times about the powerpoints not working after we had used the hairdryer or the kettle. It was beyond frustrating. In saying this, the view was nice, the beds were reasonably comfy and unlike every other hotel i've ever stayed in the shower didn't end up all over the floor. So if you're unconcerned about smells or aesthetics then Sudima is probably for you. Ratings

Trip to Rotorua I was impressed with the concierge service and the private spa facilities, but i must say, the rest of the Hotel could do with some Major Renovation's. The room we stayed in had windows that did not shut properly, not too good in the winter months, and also heating was not really sufficient enough for the cold weather. Ratings
