Great place to stay

We found the Urban an excellent place to stay the only issue which may appear small but is significant for good sleep was the hard pillows. Maybe a variety of pillows would solve ths aspect. Staff interaction was of the highest standard as was the service. We have already recommended the Urban to other people. Thank you for an enjoyable stay we will return Cheers

Pleasant surprise

We chose this hotel for its location to the Sea Baths and its availability. We enjoy good quality hotels whenever we travel, and this hotel was good value in our opinion. Rooms were comfortable and cosy, not overly "hotelish" which made it seem more personal. Decor modern and fresh. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.

a nice hotel. A reasonable experience apart from the surprise $12 a day parking bill that i got at the end. Housekeeping left our room door open (ajar) all day Saturday. Staff are friendly and helpful but we were not allowed to check in until 3pm even though it is advertised as being 2pm check-in.
