Revolting

This hotel was disgusting. Run down, dirty and bad customer service. It looks alright on the website but in reality it is revolting. I only stayed because I have already paid by credit card and there was no refund. It is disgusting and dirty and the staff are terrible. They couldn't care less. It was worse than a back packers. They have a cheek operating as a hotel at all. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never stay here again and would never advise anyone else to stay here.

We had a two bedroom apartment. Unfortunately the air con was unable to be adjusted below 21 and it never went below 25. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Needs an upgrade but good for the budget traveller

Our room was very run down. The carpet was very badly stained and furnishings tired. However it was of a good size and the location was superb. Convenient to CBD shps and next to Hyde Park. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff were pretty slack - we stayed 6 days and 2 of those days our room was not serviced at all.

The Thai restaurant attached to the hotel had excellent food at reasonable prices. And we could get take away to eat in our room.
