Lovely mini break

We enjoyed our stay at the Amora Jamison. Our room was lovely and spacious though we did have a shower problem at first with water going all over the floor. I do think the room (on level 5) was set up for someone with a disability/wheelchair access which was fine. Once we got the shower head sorted it was great for the rest of our stay (2 nights). Pool and spa was really nice downstairs too. Our room service was fantastic. We ordered in both nights after busy days out and about and was very impressed with the meals and the service. The little addition of some M&M chocolates over Easter were a nice surprise too. Reception staff, concierge and all other staff were friendly and efficient. Perfect location for exploring Circular Quay and the city.

Blown away by the service!!!

I booked the 5* mystery hotel on Need it Now for my partner and my anniversary. When booking in the comments section i mentioned that it was our anniversary and anything that could be done to make the stay more romantic would be much appriciated. Imagine my suprise when checking in we where upgraded from a Deluxe King to a Deluxe Corner room on the 29th floor with great views and provided with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine with two glasses in our room. Late check out was also no problem to arrange at all! It was a fantastic experience and one we will never forget, the staff where really helpful and very friendly! I had initally been quiet worried about booking a 'mystery hotel' and honestly when Amora Jamieson came up I was disheartened to have never heard of them before, this has all gone out the window and i will definately be staying there again, perhaps for our next anniversary! Thankyou for a wonderful weekend Amora.

Valets a problem for the Jamison!!

Whilst the accommodation was very satisfactory, unfortunately the valets at the Jamison are NOT. After waiting in total 45 minutes for our vehicle and receiving no answers from staff we had approached re our wait (apart from giving us our valet parking fee back) our car was delivered and not a word mentioned about the extensive damage done to the front! We believe they hoped we would not notice. Clearly many staff, not just the valet himself were aware of the damage and not a word was said to us until we pointed this out. Deliberate deception makes it very hard to recommend this hotel to others.
