Great location and service!

Fabulous hotel, great rooms, tasteful and well equipped. amazing bathrooms. Excellent location and able to walk throughout the city within 10-15mins. Service was impeccable. Great breafast buffet! loved it!!

Great Time Close To Quay

Had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is PERFECT for the Quay, the bridge, The Rocks, Opera House etc. Only complaints are that the beds were never made properly; we had to remake them each night. Room service one night took over an hour, but we felt they more than made up for it by giving us our order for free.

Hopeless front desk staff ... couldnt find the booking.. didnt check carefully... didnt offer a solution or apology... I had to get my computer out, hook up to wireless internet which I happen to have on me and show them my booking reference... what an embarrassment.. In any case not that great a place to stay poor position.. no view even from the top floor ....never stay there again!

Not sure how this hotel received a 5 * rating. I asked for express check out - and never received this. I had to go downstairs and check out. When I arrived there the conceirge was too busy chatting to other staff - so did not offer assistance. Reception was ok however again average. Room was ok - although the bed wasnt overly stable. We ordered room service - and chips came luke warm. My room was less than average. Ive stayed in 5 * hotels before and this wasn't up to par.
