Amore Hotel

we stayed at the amora for our anniversary weekend. it was fantastic. the in house restaurant was 5 star quality. amora is very well positioned in the rocks area, so it is easy access to all sydney's attractions. staff were very friendly and very helpful. can't wait to stay there again.

Great spot, close to CBD, The Rocks, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour, although if you want views of Circular Quay etc, its not the place to go as its in the middle high rises. Great service and hospitality, went out of their way to help. Would go back again.

Thumbs up for Amora Jamison!

I was in Sydney for a study weekend and had a twin room with a friend. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms and minimal noise from the streets below. It's an easy walk from Wynyard Station, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. We dined at the Gallery Restaurant but chose to have our meal in the bar area as it was so relaxing and quiet there. The food was delicious and not too pricey. We also had dessert and a cocktail and they were also wonderful. Very happy with our stay and we are hoping to get back there soon.

Great for sightseeing

This was our first trip to Sydney and we didn't know what to expect from the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was very close and handy for the station and although we are pensioners we found it easy to get to the city highlights of The Opera House, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. We also found that the staff, especially the stewards in the Jamieson Lounge were superb. We will definitely return and use the Amora.
