average Located next door to a karaoke bar and with only one elevator in use which broke down several times during our 2 night stay, I would not recommend this hotel, staff at the reception desk were excellent however the rest of the staff leave much to be desired. The advertised 24 hour room service was not available and we spoke to many disappointed guests whilst there. Ratings
