I found it a bit noisy but thats all and a good location if you have meetings on the South Side,it's 5min by car into town centre but then parking is a problem.

Don't Bother

Booked 3 months ago, room suppose to be available from 12.00, told it may be ready around 1.oopm-2.oopm. travelled up for the cricket which started at 1.15pm, told to come back after the game. Turned up after cricket game the rooms requested 3 months ago not available, sorry couldnt do anything to help!!!! Rude, hence went and found another motel @ 9.30pm!!!!!
