Use of the affiliate Stay For Less hotel booking service and website by you ("the Customer") is subject to the
following terms and conditions:
- This booking service is operated by Australian Online Travel Pty Ltd (AOT)
ABN 17 105 135 331 of Level 4, 18-22 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
- Bookings made to AOT by the Customer are made on behalf of the accommodation provider ("Property").
Customer agrees that Property has sole responsibility for delivery of the services being booked by the
Customer and that AOT is not liable for default by the Property.
- Customer agrees to pay to AOT by debit to Customer's credit card account the specified booking fee
and cost of the accommodation. All fees are GST inclusive. AOT will issue Customer with a valid Tax Invoice in
respect of this booking service.
- AOT receives a payment from the Property for providing this booking service.
- Customer acknowledges that a third party ("Card Authoriser") will process the credit card
transactions required in respect of a booking. Customer agrees that AOT is not liable for default by the Card Authoriser.
- Cancellation penalties depend upon individual property policies. An administration fee of $30.00
applies to all booking cancellations and amendments.
- You may be required to present photo ID on arrival at the hotel. A credit card imprint or cash
deposit will be required to cover incidental charges.
- Information on the AOT website is based on information supplied by each Property. Whilst AOT endeavours
to ensure all information presented is accurate, it makes no guarantee that the information is free from errors or
faults, and accepts no liability for any errors or omissions.
- AOT does not pay commissions to travel agents using this booking service.
- AOT makes no warranty or representation about the suitability of any product or service being advertised
on its website.
- AOT reserves the right to change information published on its website at any time.
- AOT needs to collect personal information about you to process your booking for accommodation. If AOT
cannot collect this information, it will be unable to make a booking in your name. AOT respects your privacy
and will only use or disclose your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
If you wish to make a booking, we will provide your information to the accommodation
provider so they can process your booking.
We do not sell or rent customers' personal information. Please read our
Privacy Policy.
- These terms and conditions do not affect the Customers' statutory rights
