Cancellation policy: Where amendments and cancellations are allowed by the property an administration fee of $30.00 will apply.
Check In: 2 pm onwards

Business Centre: Noosa Keys Resort has fax facilities available from reception for a small charge. All apartments have wireless internet available. Motel rates apply to all outgoing calls from apartments.
Car Parking: Each apartment has one off-street undercover car park. We have limited extra spaces for either a second car or boat. This should be discussed with us at the time of booking.
Children: Children are very welcome but must be supervised by adults during their stay at the resort. All children under the age of 12 years must have adult supervision while using the pool. All babies and toddlers must wear swimmer nappies while using the pool. We have port-a-cots and high chairs for hire
Extra Guests: 2 bedroom apartments comfortably sleep 4 guests and 3 bedroom apartments sleep up to 6 guests. Extra guests are $25 per night including linen.
Things to do: Tours can be arranged at no extra cost from Reception to all the local attractions, such as Montville and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Fraser Island, whale watching (seasonal), the Everglades, Australia Zoo, river or sea fishing charters, Underwater World, wine and food tours. Eumundi Markets are a must see. Local Noosa River and Canal tours during the day or evening are a delight, especially if you like jazz or calypso music. There is an excellent range of local cafes, bars and restaurants. Self drive tours are available.
