A laundry is located on-site for guest use for a fee.

Photo ID and a $150 Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required upon check in. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond payment when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts.

The roof top pool, spa, sauna and gym at Oaks Hyde Park Plaza will be closed until approximately July 2013. During this period the entire roof top area will have major renovations completed and there will be no access available. We apologise for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
