All guests must present a current credit card upon check in
*If a credit/debit card is presented, it will be pre authorized for an amount of $500 upon check in, unless a valid credit card is provided.

All cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 1 night’s accommodation excluding booking for holidays which are as follows:

Christmas / New Year / Easter / School Holidays Cancellation Policy:
All confirmed reservations for the holiday periods will require 1 nights deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival will incur the 1 night’s cancellation fee. Full amount of the booking will be processed 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations after processing will not ne refunded.
