• The prize must be redeemed by 30 November 2010. (subject to availability)
• The prize is for 2 adults (if the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian).
• The prize is only open to Australia residents.
• The prize is not refundable, non-endorsable and non-transferable.
• The prize can not be redeemed for cash.
• Personal expenses incurred are payable by the prize winner.
• If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
• The competition commences Wednesday 4 November 2009 and closes Tuesday 1 December 2009.
• Prize will be drawn Wednesday 2 December at 9am EST at Level 8, 30 Makerston St Brisbane QLD 4000.
• If the prize is not claimed within 3 months, the prize will be redrawn. The redraw will be conducted on Monday 2 March 2010 at 9am EST at Level 8, 30 Makerston St Brisbane QLD 4000.
• All new members to the weekly Need it Now e-newsletter over the promotions period will go in to a database that will randomly select the winner.
• The winners will be notified by email and through the Need it Now e-newsletter on Wednesday 2 December 2009.
